Location: The Woodlands, TX
This is a highly visible, commercially focused FP&A role designed for someone who wants to understand how a business grows and directly influence that growth. This individual will sit at the intersection of finance, marketing, and operations, owning revenue and subscriber analytics while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and leadership. The role goes beyond reporting. It requires someone who can translate data into clear insights, challenge assumptions, and help drive better business decisions. Core Responsibilities
Own the Business Narrative:
- Analyze monthly performance across revenue, subscriber growth, and acquisition costs
- Identify key drivers of performance and clearly communicate the 'why'
- Deliver insights that inform leadership decisions
Drive Growth Insights:
- Evaluate marketing channel performance and campaign effectiveness
