Salary Range:

$64 - $68/hr on W2

Introduction

We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and proactive professional to serve as the central hub for our entire Marketing organization. This crucial role will focus on improving the efficiency, clarity, and effectiveness of our internal processes, project delivery, and team collaboration. The ideal candidate is a systems-thinker who can understand the unique needs of various marketing sub-teams (e.g., Content, Digital, Brand) and build integrated frameworks that ensure seamless execution toward shared business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


• 6 to 8 years of experience in Project Management, Operations Management, or a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced Marketing or Creative environment.
