Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Process Mapping & Funnel Mapping
- Create and maintain process maps on Lucid chart that clearly outline workflows, ownership, dependencies, and handoffs across teams
- Develop funnel maps that document the full customer journey—from traffic source to conversion, follow-up, and retention
- Ensure funnel maps align with execution plans, tools, and automation requirements
- Translate funnel and process maps into actionable task lists and SOPs for designers, developers, and marketers
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or breakdowns in workflows and proactively recommend improvements to the COO/CEO
- Break down mapped processes and funnels into clear, executable workflows for the team, to be mobilized in Trello
