Overview: K aiser Permanente-s National Marketing team is reshaping how we plan, deliver, and measure marketing across audiences, markets, and channels. As the Marketing Program Manager V, you will lead cross-functional, multi-workstream marketing programs that tie directly to enterprise growth, retention, and brand objectives. You will connect strategy to execution by structuring programs, aligning stakeholders, establishing governance and ways of working, and overseeing delivery across related projects and initiatives. In this role, you will anticipate and manage dependencies, drive issue and risk resolution, and create clear visibility for senior leaders through simple, meaningful program reporting. This position is ideal for someone who can think at the program and portfolio level, bring order to ambiguity, and help Marketing scale its impact through repeatable, well-managed ways of working.
