About the Role
Our client is a US-based private real estate investment firm operating within a diversified holding group. They are hiring a Marketing Specialist to execute hands-on digital marketing work across SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), content optimization, and social media — under the direction of an experienced Marketing Director who already has the strategy in place and is invested in mentoring the right hire.
This is a tactical, execution-focused role. The Marketing Director sets priorities, defines the keyword work, and shapes the editorial direction; you bring the daily craft — writing, optimizing, scheduling, posting, monitoring, and reporting. You will work alongside an outsourced technical SEO partner, who handles the technical stack, so your focus stays on the on-page, content, AEO, and social work where execution quality compounds.
