Messaging & Telco API Product Specialist:
1. Drive, lead, take initiatives/actions to prevent bulk SMS revenue loss as well as find ways to gain more revenue. Analyze daily traffic volume for each customer and define stats patterns of normal, loss, gain to help BC to easily monitor their accounts' SMS volume situation. Enhance monitoring tool to be smart, low touch, easy to use, effective, efficient using automation tools.
2. Investigate and find out root causes of bulk SMS traffic loss stemming from AIS side and work with related teams to bring back the traffic.
3. Analyze traffic from IC-SMS to see which key accounts are using competitor's SMS service and work with BC to swing them to AIS.
4. Work closely with PM and backend teams to deliver projects fast in order to clock-in revenue asap.
