Responsibilities
- Develop creative strategies for communicating to various groups of employees by planning the frequency of and vehicles for communications, and coordinate across different areas of the business and the company.
- Establish relationships with the leadership team, senior managers, People & Culture leaders, and field leadership, partnering on clear and engaging communications that reflect an understanding of their departments and leadership style.
- Translate brand voice and business initiatives into stories that interest employees and bring the vision and culture to life while ensuring consistency across communication strategies, aligning internal and external messaging
