:We are seeking a Marketing Technology Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Technology Coordinator is a key member of the Marketing Technology Operations Team, supporting the implementation, optimization, and ongoing success of the firm’s marketing technology platforms. This role serves as a subject matter expert in Litera Foundation, QorusDocs, and InterAction, partnering closely with the Business Development & Marketing team to support firmwide initiatives.
The Coordinator leads efforts to capture, maintain, and improve client and matter experience data in collaboration with Practice Development professionals. Working across marketing teams, this role analyzes platform data, produces actionable reports, and helps establish best practices to maximize the value of the firm’s marketing data and technology investments.
