Manage domestic and overseas sales, customer service, and promote products while coordinating with multiple departments to ensure efficient sales processes.
Your role
Key responsibilities include:
- Handle domestic and overseas sales and customer service for existing and new customers, building rapport and good relationships.
- Market and promote products and services.
- Manage credit and payment matters.
- Update relevant information related to customer purchase specifications.
- Monitor and track sales process for efficient closing and documentation within time frames.
- Coordinate with customers on artworks, samples, shipping, documentation, and country requirements.
- Liaise with other departments such as QA and warehouse on issues faced.
- Provide management with updates on market opportunities.
- Take additional responsibilities as instructed by immediate superior.
