Responsibilities
- Supervises marketing staff.
- Evaluates subordinates’ performance and makes recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, etc.
- Plans and executes internal and/or external marketing, advertising programs or products.
- Uses judgment based on the analysis of information.
- Identifies and resolves individual problems with some potential for broader organizational impact within established procedures.
- 0–2 years marketing experience; prior experience in banking industry.
- High proficiency with PC platform and tools: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery an asset.
- Web content management experience.
- Proficiency in creative design of marketing collateral and for digital platforms.
