What is the role
This role supports the day-to-day management of the Amazon marketplace for brands sold across major UK and international platforms, including Amazon, ASOS, Next, and Zalando. It focuses on online trading, identifying product trends, creating high-converting product listings, launching new products, and optimising marketplace content.
What you will do
- Working alongside Marketplace Manager on the current Amazon locations UK, US, IE, DE and FR.
- Manage Amazon Listings to ensure accurate engaging product information (descriptions, title, imagery, keywords, size guides)
- Resolve search suppressed and inactive listings to improve product parity
- Improve listing visibility through use of the listing quality dashboard
- Raise and manage support cases with the integrator and seller support, following through to resolution.
- Continuously manage and optimise our 6 Amazon Brand Stores
