Role and Responsibilities
- Identify approach and onboard new vendors, brands and suppliers onto the Grubss marketplace
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure long-term engagement
- Assist vendors with registration, documentation and onboarding requirements
- Coordinate product listings, catalog uploads, images, descriptions and pricing
- Monitor inventory availability and ensure product information is accurate and up to date
- Follow up with vendors to maintain product assortment and stock levels
- Support promotional campaigns, featured listings and marketplace marketing activities
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with Grubss policies and service standards
- Coordinate with operations, customer service and marketing teams to resolve vendor‑related issues
