Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Marketplace Manager to drive revenue growth, profitability, and brand visibility across leading e-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate will own marketplace strategy, demand planning, performance analytics, and cross-functional execution to accelerate business growth and enhance customer experience.
Business Ownership- Own revenue, growth, and profitability (P&L) targets across all marketplaces.
- Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly marketplace growth plans.
- Drive category expansion through assortment, pricing, and visibility strategy.
- Decide participation, depth, and positioning for key sale events and platform growth initiatives.
- Improve traffic, conversion, and revenue through marketplace optimization.
- Set keyword, search-visibility, and brand-positioning strategy to grow discoverability and market share.
