Job Description
You will report to the MSC supervisor, while cross functionally working with our Nike Marketplace Partners such as Planning, Merchandising, Finance, Logistics and Distribution Center.
As a team, we will provide support and service to Business Partners.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORThe MSC Specialist is responsible for coordinating reverse logistics activities to ensure the supply chain services for Nike Retail Partners. This role coordinates actions to ensure the plan while driving mutual growth and profitability, maximizing services, and optimizing order book productivity.
The MSC Specialist is responsible for providing relevant and accurate data, highlighting risks and opportunities to ensure the reverse logistic target and implementing process improvement solutions.
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience within Supply Chain and customer service.
