Markets Operations – Validations Analyst, Assistant Manager
Markets Operations supports global business stakeholders in executing and managing operational activities such as pre‑ and post‑settlements, trade control and documentation. The Singapore hub serves as the headquarters and centre of excellence, centralising operations for selected APAC branches and subsidiaries.
Responsibilities- Support the business in trade control activities
- Ensure all trades are validated and booked correctly, and liaise with business or clients on any discrepancies in a timely manner
- Manage queries and escalations promptly
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive process improvement and system automation initiatives
- Champion new working practices and behaviours across the organisation to deliver faster, better, cost‑efficient service
