- Consultations are handled by the shop manager or consultant, leaving you to focus on delivering high-quality massages as instructed.
- During the session, assess the customer's needs (pain relief, stress reduction, relaxation) and suggest suitable techniques based on your expertise.
- Recommend alternative massage techniques or future appointments when necessary.
- Assist with housekeeping duties as per the checklist.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a massage therapist.
- Proficiency in Aromatherapy Oil Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Javanese/Balinese Massage, Meridian Tuina, Hot Oil Massage, and Bojin. Foot massage skills are an added advantage.
