Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage services to casino patrons in accordance with approved techniques and service standards.
- Ensure all massage treatments are delivered safely, consistently, and in a manner that enhances the overall patron experience.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness of the massage area, equipment, and tools in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure efficient and timely delivery of massage services.
- Identify and escalate any patron concerns, service issues, or irregularities to the superior promptly.
- Uphold compliance with gambling regulatory requirements, workplace safety standards, and internal operating procedures.
- Support service improvement initiatives by providing feedback on patron preferences, operational challenges, and areas for enhancement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
