Position Summary
Cambrian College’s School of Health and Wellness requires Massage Therapy Clinic Technologists on a temporary basis beginning May 2025. The clinic requires technologists who can support the students in their learning and who can support clinic operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with faculty to plan and assist in demonstrating skills; provide support and guidance in the learning of entry to practice competencies.
- Review and approve time Sheets and competency completion documents.
- Assist with the evaluation of student skills and procedures performance.
- Ensure students are providing safe and ethical massage therapy treatment; uphold standards of care and ensure students provide care within the scope of massage therapy practice.
- Ensure that infection prevention and safety protocols are strictly upheld.
- Provide student support as needed during clinical shifts.
