Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field;
With atleast 1 year international voice account call center experience;
This account requires to WORK ON-SITE
Amenable to work in any shifting schedules
Average to excellent communication skills
Can start ASAP!!!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
