About the Role
The Master Data & Reporting Analyst role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely and consistent data management and reporting to support business operations across Malaysia and Singapore business as usual operations. The role focuses on preparing and maintaining recurring reports, validating and managing master data, supporting data uploads and system activities, and ensuring data integrity throughout the transition, enabling reliable insights and smooth execution of project and operational requirements.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, refresh, validate and distribute recurring daily, weekly and monthly reports according to agreed timelines, ensuring reports are complete, accurate and shared in a consistent format.
- Extract, consolidate, clean and transform data from internal systems, working files and standard business sources using Microsoft Excel and Power Query to support reporting and tracking requirements.
