Job Description
Responsibilities
- To ensure that all work is completed in accordance with Hyundai requirements including preparing technical reports
- To ensure that all job cards are read and understood before commencing work
- To report any additional work or parts required to the Workshop Controller for customer authorisation before starting that work
- To ensure that customers cars are protected from damage whilst in the workshop environment
- To complete necessary documentation in respect of any warranty work completed and be responsible for the labelling and safekeeping of all warranty displacement parts
- To ensure that displaced parts for disposal are made unusable
- To ensure that special tools and equipment are kept in good order and that any problems are immediately notified
