JOB BRIEF
- The Master Trainer is responsible for assisting the Talent Development Manager in performing his duties involving training administration, training design and conduct evaluation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and implement training programs based on organizational and individual learning needs
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives for employees across levels
- Perform training needs analysis in collaboration with department heads and HR partners
- Develop training materials, manuals, presentations, and e-learning content
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
- Coordinate with external trainers, vendors, and consultants when required
- Support leadership development, and succession planning initiatives
