Job Description

Oversee venue operations focusing on safeguarding and inclusivity during match days. Lead efforts to implement anti-discrimination policies and ensure participant safety and satisfaction.
This role requires a dynamic leader to coordinate safeguarding and anti-discrimination actions at the stadium. You will interface with volunteers, security, and other teams to address any incidents proactively. Documenting concerns and providing reports will be central to your responsibilities, ensuring that all activities align with established protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
