Job Description
The Hospitality Club is recruiting for experienced chefs to work at leading football stadiums. It is vital that you are skilfully equipped with working in a variety of kitchens and have experience in large scale banqueting.
Most importantly, a great attitude and diligent work ethic is what we value most in our members of staff.
Role responsibilities
- Cook to specification.
- Achieve a successful service.
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness to the highest standard.
- Liaising with the Head Chef and collaborating with the culinary team to ensure top-quality food and service.
- Be aware of, and adhere to, Health and Safety at Work, COSHH and other legislation at all times.
Requirements
- Valid Food Safety Level 2 & Food Allergens certificates.
- Preferably you will have an NVQ Level 1,2,3 Professional Cookery (or equivalent) OR relevant experience in the role.
