Enhance supply chain efficiency as a Material Coordinator at MAPEI Canada's Brampton plant. In this role, you will focus on ordering materials and managing inventory needs effectively.
Under the guidance of the Unit Manager, you will oversee the ordering of raw materials, finished goods, and packaging for your assigned plant. Responsibilities include reviewing inventory reports, coordinating delivery schedules, and ensuring order confirmations align with production demands. Collaborating closely with Canadian Sales teams, you will plan for future requirements and prepare essential cost analyses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Place orders based on stock level reports
• Coordinate daily follow-ups on delivery dates
• Assist with invoice processing and discrepancies
• Participate in physical inventories and document verification
• Support the Receptionist during breaks and absences
