Job Description
Location: Peterhead
Duration: Permanent
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 0800 - 1700
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will act as the primary client focal point for both onshore and offshore users, ensuring all issues and queries are responded to promptly, professionally, and accurately. You will develop and maintain strong working relationships with client contacts, supporting the efficient coordination of all materials movement and storage activities in accordance with agreed procedures, operational requirements, and company standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory activities including work orders, stock movements, returns, repair items, and scrap disposals.
- Coordinate shipments in line with sailing schedules, arranging transportation, inspection, repair, and relocation of inventory as required.
