Job Description
**Olsten Staffing** is assisting a local client in Bethune, South Carolina to find an experienced and eager **material handler with forklift** experience to join their growing team!
The primary responsibility of a **material handler with forklift experience** is to load the slitters, stage finished goods, wipe finished goods, and relocate finished goods to the designated areas once all products are completed.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Drives sit-down forklift.
+ Maintains clean work area.
+ Loads goods onto conveyer belts.
+ Stacks crates, pallets, or other material.
+ Ensures the safe and efficient movement of goods.
+ Follows safety regulations and company guidelines.
+ Checks that loads are centered and properly stacked.
+ Rotates stock so that oldest items are shipped or sold first.
+ Loads and unloads product from and onto tractor trailers, rail cars, and cargo ships.
