Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all Material department operations, including inbound and outbound material control, inventory management, loss control, and material flow optimization.
- Oversee inventory accuracy and maintain data integrity across systems such as SLMS, ERP, and MES, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Analyze inventory and operational data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support decision-making processes.
- Supervise, evaluate, and develop team members through performance management and continuous training initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Excel is required to support inventory control and operational reporting.
