Material Management Executive - Your future position
As a Material Management Executive in the Taste & Wellbeing division, you will support the day-to-day material planning functions within Givaudan Supply Chain Management Team. Working location: 1 Woodlands Avenue 8 Reporting to: Supply Chain Manager
Main Responsibilities Responsible for Customer & Affiliate order demand and commit based on material availability to meet service delivery. Release Process Order and release PO Schedules with close collaboration in the detailed schedule review with Production Planner ensuring it meets all Orders deadline. Manage daily raw material replenishment to support Customer orders and forecast, review and expedite raw material to support demand surges. Mitigate and escalate issues related to orders, working with production, customer care and regional affiliates as required. Liaise closely with Demand Planner and Customer care on Forecasting gaps so as to make Customer feel valued with timely ...
