The Materials Coordinator is responsible for coordinating procurement, delivery, and inventory management to support project timelines and budgets effectively. The Material Coordinator collaborates closely with project managers and the Superintendent, suppliers, and on‑site teams to ensure material needs and the supply chain runs smoothly for the site. By maintaining accurate records and tracking shipments, this role helps prevent delays and cost overruns, contributing directly to project success.

- Manage the procurement process for construction materials, including sourcing, ordering, tracking deliveries, and receiving duties.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to ensure material availability and minimize waste.
