Key Accountabilities
The role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of offshore material requirements, overseeing the planning and execution of cargo loading and backloading activities, and maintaining effective communication between the rig, supply base, and relevant logistics stakeholders.
Material Receiving & Verification
- Receive incoming materials at the supply base and verify that all items are delivered in good condition and in accordance with the specifications, quantities, and requirements stated in the Purchase Order and supporting documentation.
Cargo Operations Coordination
- Supervise and coordinate cargo loading and backloading activities at the Asian Supply Base jetty during the drilling campaign, ensuring that offshore material requests are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
