What you'll do
Coordinate materials planning and production strategy for HDT, MFG and Grey Iron. Review HDT OEM and AM customers' requirements to fulfill their orders on time and with quality maintaining a focus on main metrics such as DOH, Inventory Value, OTD and Past Due.
Based on demand, schedule and follow up monthly absorption plans.
- Review SIOP and present demand from customers, daily follow up to production schedule and monthly Absorption Plan. Close follow up with SIOP Leader.
- Align Min-Max Range with SIOP Team, confirm numbers or modifications to meet targets.
- Close communication with Divisional Planners to control items to be within min-max range.
- Follow up with Production Planner on material availability for Daily, Weekly and Monthly Plans.
