Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a MATERIALS EXAMINER AND IDENTIFIER-TITLE 32, Position Description Number PDD0780000 and is part of the KY MATES, National Guard. **Effective start dates of selected candidate will be determined based on available authorizations and funding.** Responsibilities As a MATERIALS EXAMINER AND IDENTIFIER-TITLE 32, WG-6912-7, you will inspect, receive, sort, count, and classify hazardous materials. Perform pre-receipt examination of property and assure the turn-in and shipping is in order, the containers meet standards, are placarded and marked properly. Schedule receipt of property and identify contaminants. Reject property not meeting turn-in requirements and assist to correct any rejections. Determine nature and degree of the hazard involved.
