We are working with a beautiful nursery in Bordon. They are looking for a Maternity Cover Deputy Manager. They are looking for a good role model to lead the nursery team as well as supporting the nursery manager. Have good knowledge on the EYFS and policies making sure it is implemented in the nursery. Building great partnership with parents in the setting. Working with the Nursery Manger to building FTE's and working out rotas with deployment of staff throughout the day.
