Description
Position Summary:
The Math Program Director is an experienced, competent and caring person to develop and manage a comprehensive academic instructional reading program using best practices for elementary and middle school youth. The Math Director will be responsible for the design, implementation and evaluation of the intensive reading intervention program.
Essential Job Functions:
+ Develop an effective result focused framework for program evaluation using best practices
+ Hire and supervise the Math Program teaching staff
+ Measure Results and Evaluate Effectiveness - Goals and objectives of both programs are quantified and measured with program data
+ Expertise in technical writing, program analysis, and research methods
