Job Responsibilities
You will report to the Head of Department (Mathematics) and your duties will include:
- Prepare Mathematics lessons and Scheme of Work according to required syllabuses.
- Conduct learning activities in the classroom.
- Teach Mathematics to diverse student population with varying abilities and backgrounds.
- Set and vet examination papers.
- Invigilate tests and examinations.
- Mark assignments and examination scripts
- Assess and record students’ progress according to department and school policies.
- Organize relevant events, competitions, activities when needed.
- Provide pastoral care and manage students’ discipline; performing all aspects of Care Teacher duties if assigned.
- Complete all administrative duties related to teaching Mathematics.
- Maintain good communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
