A successful and inclusive 11–18 secondary school in Market Harborough is seeking an ambitious and reflective Teacher of Mathematics (ECT) to join its thriving Maths faculty from January 2026.
The Role
You’ll teach Mathematics across KS3–KS4, with potential to take on some KS5 teaching as your confidence develops. This role is ideal for an Early Career Teacher looking for a school that combines structure, trust and genuine professional care.
The department is collaborative and well-established, offering full support for lesson planning, assessment and classroom practice. You’ll be paired with a dedicated mentor and benefit from a reduced timetable during your ECT year.
