This function is best carried out by a mature person with real life experience. Such a person helps their customer get the right product for the application as seamlessly as possible when they have paid for it or have approved credit. A classy KAM is always available and responsive to the customer with facts. They do not lie, cheat, or take chances with someone else’s money or time like beginner Sales Reps do.
