Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Arts / Business Administration / Law – Mandatory

  • MBA / PG Diploma in Human Resources / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare preferred

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Relations, labour administration, or workforce management, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects
