Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Arts / Business Administration / Law – Mandatory

  • MBA / PG Diploma in Human Resources / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare preferred

  • 8 – 12 years of experience in Industrial Relations, labour management, and administration, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or labour-intensive industries
