Berlin, New Hampshire: We invite a friendly Family Medicine physician to join a community health center with a 40-year history in picturesque New Hampshire, near the White Mountain National Forest.Physicians needing J1/H1b visa support, or a NHSC certified site, are welcome here!MDs and DOs are also equally welcome.Join more than twenty multi-specialty primary care providers covering three clinical offices in one of the largest rural FQHCs in northern New England. This is a stable practice with Level 3 (highest) Patient-Centered Medical Homes offering health care services, including nursing home coverage, along with dental care, behavioral counseling, and moreregardless of economic status. The operation is overseen by a community board of directorsmost of whom are clients of the health center.You will provide outpatient-only primary care to people of all ages with a convenient weekday schedule.
