Job Description
Locum need for a Family Practice physician in Eastern-Upstate, NY. Dates of Coverage Needed: May 18th - November 30th. Clinic hours are 8:00am-4:30pm, Tue-Fri. Physicians MUST BE BCFP but will accept BE if provider is within 5-year window of completing their program. Will not accept any other specialty Average number of patients per day: 14. There is a support team of mid-levels, RN's, LPN's and clerical staff. There is no call or weekends.
Patient population: 60% adult, 30% geriatric, 10% pediatric.
