Description:
Functions as an MD530 Aviation Ground Instructor under the direction of the Aviation Institute. Responsible for performing duties as a Ground Instructor for initial qualification of helicopter pilots. Conduct academic instruction and hands-on performance training and evaluations to ensure student proficiency and adherence to academic standards. Responsible for maintaining Student Academic Records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Graduate of a US military aviation course or equivalent.
- Ten (10) years of experience in aviation operations (Attack, Observation, Utility, Multi-Mission).
- Five (5) years' experience as an Instructor.
- Knowledge of Aviation training concepts and administration.
