- Leading the M&A Solutions business for Asia, you will be responsible for all business planning, budgets, strategy, execution along with regional and global management reporting. This includes overall responsibility for financial performance, clients, colleagues and carriers.
- Achieve the budgets and business plans, plan and oversee the execution of a strategic growth plan for Asia.
- Responsible for the financial performance of the portfolio, ensuring the portfolio meets key measures of success including agreed KPI's for client retention, expansion and roll-over, client profitability and budget performance.
