Job Description
ME Architect
- 10+ years of work experience in automotive mechanical design.
- Proficiency in CAD software—Creo
- Experience in instrument cluster and plastic part designing- 3D models and 2D drawings using Creo.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes of plastic injection molding, Sheet metal, and die casting.
- Creating ME Architecture for instrument clusters and control units
- Develop products according to product life cycles from requirement analysis, concept definition, detail design, design verification, and validation until release for mass production.
- Creating 3D Models and preparing drawings with Geometric dimensioning and tolerances (GD&T)
- Problem-solving skills
- DFMEA knowledge
- Customer-oriented and able to work systematically and manage deliverables under tight schedules
- Strong knowledge of design analysis and tolerance stack calculations.
- Experience in Display technologies / optics is an added advantage
