Job Description
Position: M&E Coordinator
Salary: Up to $5,500
Responsibilities- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to prepare, review, and submit shop drawings, technical submissions, RFIs, and method statements.
- Assist the M&E Engineer in planning and sequencing M&E works to avoid clashes and ensure smooth integration with architectural and structural trades.
- Review M&E drawings and compare them with other disciplines to identify discrepancies, clashes, and constructability issues before work execution.
- Liaise closely with subcontractors to ensure material procurement schedules, delivery timelines, and installation plans meet the project requirements.
- Attend coordination, technical, and site meetings to follow up on M&E issues and provide updates on outstanding items and progress.
