Job Description
The M&E Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supervising all mechanical and electrical works on site to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and oversee all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works at the project site.
- Review M&E drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor work progress and ensure M&E installations are carried out according to approved drawings and project schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control of M&E works.
- Coordinate M&E works with architectural and structural works to avoid clashes.
- Attend project meetings and provide updates on M&E progress and issues.
