Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) maintenance activities under the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract.
- Ensure preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance works are carried out in accordance with operational requirements and service standards.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, technicians, and service providers on-site.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of M&E systems including ACMV, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules to minimise operational disruptions.
- Respond promptly to site issues, technical faults, and emergency breakdowns.
- Conduct routine inspections and follow up on rectification works to ensure timely completion.
