M&E Design Coordinator (Design & Site Coordination)

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate
Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, ACMV, Fire Protection, and ELV system designs
between consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors. Review and verify
M&E shop drawings , ensuring proper
coordination with Structural and Architectural layouts
to avoid clashes and rework. Lead and manage coordination sessions with
BIM modelers
to develop an accurate and integrated
combined services model . Ensure all M&E designs and installations comply with relevant
authorities' requirements , including
SCDF, PUB, EMA, BCA, and NEA
regulations. Prepare and review
technical submissions ,
method statements , and
builder shop drawings
for approval by consultants and authorities. Coordinate
equipment procurement ,
vendor selection , and
technical datasheet reviews
to ensure compliance with design and performance specifications. Attend
site coordination meetings
and work closely with site teams to resolve<...
