Job Summary Lead and manage M&E projects from planning to completion, ensuring compliance, quality workmanship, timely delivery, and effective cost control. The role requires strong coordination with consultants, contractors, clients, and all relevant stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Prepare and update project schedules, resources, and milestones. Monitor site work, verify subcontractor progress, and ensure accurate reporting. Maintain good communication with clients, consultants, authorities, and partners. Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans. Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards. Manage changes, improve processes, and support digital tools adoption.
